my favourite online stores

It’s a real problem, I love online shopping and being away from the city this week (Mafikeng isn’t exactly a thriving hub of activity) I have been spending more time than usual online marveling at all of the amazing products and tools that are available. There really are some great online stores out there but here are some of my favourites.

www.lush.co.zaFor the life of me I do not understand why we don’t have a Lush store in JHB but at least us vaalies can order online. The valentines day collection went live today and almost half of the stuff is sold out already! I put through an order today and cannot wait for it to be delivered to my door. The product I am most excited for is Curly Wurly. This shampoo is said to work wonders for curly, crazy hair like mine leaving it with less frizz and more curl. Fingers crossed this is the case!

www.hashtagawesome.co.zaI recently discovered this awesome store via Instagram and was so excited when I saw the brands that they stock – Urban Decay (if you haven’t used their eyeshadow, you haven’t lived a full life), EOS and Too Faced to name a few. I ordered a Gentlemans Beard Oil for the hubby and I can’t wait for him to try it out so I can tell you all about it.

www.ilovemstudio.comPretty stationary for my desk is an absolute must for me. Every year, I visit the I Love M Studio stand at Kamers Vol Geskenke and stock up on their super cute and affordable goodies. I love that they also have their online store which is great for birthday gift shopping or just a little treat for when I’m feeling blue (yes I am an emotional shopper). Some of my favourite things are this notebook, this mug, ALL of the washi tape and this cake topper.

www.yuppiechef.co.zaI’m sure most of you are very familiar with this online store so it doesn’t need much explaining. It is my go-to for wedding and kitchen tea gifts and I usually cannot help but buy something for myself as well. My Le Creuset collection is growing bigger by the day thanks to them!

www.rubybox.co.zaI couldn’t do this post and not include Rubybox. Their subscription service aside, they have a huge range of brands to choose from and you could easily spend a small fortune! You can also earn Ruby Rands when you refer a friend, complete a product review or survey or purchase a product over R100. These can then be used with your next purchase to save – how awesome is that?! Definitely a site to set aside some browsing time for…

Other sites that I pop into every now and then are:

www.thetestbox.co.za

www.theretailbox.co.za

www.27pinkx.co.za

Happy shopping!
