Breakfast Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup raisins and/or dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter smooth or crunchy, whatever you prefer
  • 2 biscuits Nutrific
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • tiny splash of water

Method
 

  1. Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blitz.
  2. Scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll into a ball and then roll into some dessicated coconut.
  3. Place all of your bliss balls onto a plate that has been lined with wax paper and pop into the fridge for at least an hour.
  4. Once they have set, keep them in the fridge.
