My Labour Story

This was such a highly requested video and so I’m really glad that I have been able to upload it…finally.

Even though I planned to have a caesarean section birth, I still had lots of questions about the process. I read quite a few articles online and they definitely helped but I really wanted to hear some personal experiences. YouTube has tons of labour and birth stories about natural birth but caesarean section birth stories are few and far between and so I hope that my video helps you, answers some questions that you might have and puts your mind at ease (even if it’s only a tiny bit).

Like I mentioned in the video, if you have any questions, or if there is something you wanted to know that I didn’t mention, please just let me know in the comment section below or tweet me. I am so happy to help if I can!

  1. Awesome Video! Thank you…I moved to NZ a few months ago and I’ve also opted for elective C section. I’m already 38+ weeks and another family members recent experience had me doubting my decision but I feel better now! Thank you…

    • I am SO glad that this video helped you Kerry! I really feel like c section mama’s get a lot of flack, you do what’s right for you and your precious baby and don’t let anyone make you feel bad for that. Good luck for the last stretch! x
