favourite online stores

It really doesn’t get any better than online shopping does it? You can sit in your bed, pantsless with a cup of coffee and shop to your hearts content. You don’t have to lug the kids around, carry bags or even stand in queues to pay – it really is a win win situation!

We are spoilt for choice when it comes to local online stores for kiddies and so I thought I would share three of my favourites as well as some discount codes so that you can spoil your little ones, yay!

I discovered Annapatat Kids at the Rock-a-Baby fair a few months ago and my goodness, are these items beautiful. They are feminine with a vintage spin and I literally cannot get enough!

I bought this little pair of bloomers¬† with the most adorable bow detail on the bum, how cute?! This has come in so handy recently, it’s been so hot here in Joburg that I have just paired them with a cute t-shirt and hey Presto, we’re done!

Anapatat 1

Anneke was kind enough to send over this beautiful romper¬† a few weeks ago and I still can’t get over how pretty it is! What’s even better is that it will work when we are between seasons – if it’s slightly chilly you can just put a long sleeve onesie underneath. There are also press studs at the bottom so nappy changing is a breeze.

Moms of boys, don’t despair! Here are a few super sweet items for your little ones…Annapatat boysI stumbled across Georgia + Josh while scrolling through Instagram one lazy afternoon. I fell in love with their beautiful swaddling blankets and what I call, “top knot” beanies. Aria was very spoilt and got sent one of said beanies and we love it! The fabric is brilliant quality and the print, well that’s just something else entirely!

Georgia and Josh

Georgia + Josh also do really sweet headbands and even teething toys. They also have a bunch of gender neutral fabrics which is always fab!

Last but definitely not least is Schnooky Pie. Jaclyn started this awesome brand after her little girl, Mia was born. She only uses locally sourced fabric, all of the items are made in Kwa-Zulu Natal and she is committed to producing clothing that moms will love!

When I was still pregnant, Jaclyn very kindly sent me this really cute penguin babygrow that eventually fits! Now, this exact one isn’t available anymore but you can get a very similar one here.

A little while ago Jaclyn sent Aria one of the new items from the Schooky Pie summer collection – a gorgeous summer dress! I love these little frill sleeves and the fact that this can also be worn as PJ’s. There is also a babygrow in this design too if you would prefer that.
