Oh how I love my airfryer, I’ve had it for two weeks and can’t believe I didn’t get one sooner. I bought the Milex XXXL and it’s been a dream to use and the perfect size for our family of 4.
I’ve been showing you a few things that I’ve been whipping up over on my Instagram stories and so I thought it was high time that I started to put these recipes up on the blog for longevity and reference sake.
First up are these apple dippers, they are a great snack and perfect for lunchboxes too. They require very little prep work and cook quickly, in fact just enough time for you to unpack and pack the dishwasher, tried and tested.
If you make them, make sure to tag me online and let me know what you think of them!

Airfryer apple dippers
Equipment
- Airfryer
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- cinnamon
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
Instructions
- Slice your apples into slices about 5mm in width, removing any pips
- Pop the honey into the microwave for 10sec and then mix the with the lemon juice
- Pour the honey mixture as well as the cinnamon over the apple slices and mix
- Lay your apple slices into your airfryer basket, making sure that they don't overlap. This may mean that you need to do two batches
- Cook in your airfryer for 8min at 180°C. Once it's done, flip your apple slices over and cook for an additional 4min, also at 180°C.
- While your apple is cooking, you can make your dip. Simply combine the plain yogurt, a dash of cinnamon and honey.
- And that's it - enjoy
- *If you'd like your apple more crispy than chewy, slice your apple to 2mm thick or cook for an additional 5min
